We employ a flexible and diversified sales system:
1. Harvest and sales of sansho flowers begin in March, followed by kinome supply in April, mainly targeting high-end Japanese restaurants domestically.
2. Green berry harvesting starts in late May, with these raw materials directed toward product development.
3. From late June, an approximately two-month harvest of sansho berries commences; after drying and processing, these are exported primarily to overseas spice manufacturers.
